📚 Qualification: ITBP Telecommunication Recruitment 2024

Sub-Inspector (Telecommunication):

• Bachelor’s degree in Science with PCM/IT/Computer Science/Electronics, OR
• BCA, OR
• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

Head Constable (Telecommunication):

• 10+2 with PCM (45% aggregate), OR
• Matric with ITI in Electronics/Electrical/Computer, OR
• Matric with a 3-year diploma in Electronics/Communication/IT.

Constable (Telecommunication):

• Matriculation (10th pass).
• Desirable: Diploma/Certificate in Telecommunication or Electronics from ITI or a recognized institution.

📝 Selection Procedure:

Phase 1: Physical Tests

• Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
  • Male: 1.6 km run in 7 minutes 30 seconds, long jump, and high jump.
  • Female: 800 meters run in 4 minutes 45 seconds, long jump, and high jump.
• Physical Standard Test (PST): Height, chest, and weight measurements.

Phase 2: Written Examination

• Sub-Inspector:
  • 200 questions (General English, Reasoning, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, IT).
  • Time: 4 hours
• Head Constable and Constable:
  • 100 questions (10+2 PCM Level for Head Constable, 10th Standard for Constable).
  • Time: 2 hours

Phase 3: Document Verification & Medical Examination

• Verification of original documents.
• Comprehensive medical examination as per CAPF standards.
